Welcome to my vegan food blog! My name is Jamie & I am a 22 year-old college grad with a passion for sustainable, cruelty-free cooking. I graduated from the College of Saint Benedict last fall with my Bachelor of Arts in Environmental Studies. I am currently doing PCA work in central Minnesota, but my ultimate dream is to move to California and open my own sustainable, vegan restaurant!
I will use this blog mainly for sharing recipes that I’ve either put together or modified from recipe books and Pinterest. I especially like taking non-vegan favorites and trying to veganize them by substituting in animal-free ingredients. I also try to use organic and local ingredients whenever I can afford to. Furthermore, it’s important to me that I try to create meals with as little food waste as possible!
